BY BOOKING A TOUR WITH LAKE SUPERIOR HELICOPTERS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

For groups of 3 passengers or less no passenger can weigh 300 lbs or more and no combination of passengers can weigh over 575 lbs. Groups of 4 passengers must weigh no more than 800 lbs. Groups of three exceeding weight limitations may purchase the 4th ticket and fly in the larger helicopter if available. Please call us at (218) 461-2857 for details. Your flight and seating are not exclusive unless you purchase the private booking type. Seating assignments will be determined by LSH. You may be seated in the middle or front seats. If doors are off passengers can have nothing in pockets and phones must be secured by a secondary device aside from passengers’ hands to take on board the aircraft. A COVID cleaning and parts replacement fee and/or landing fee may apply depending on location and current state and federal guidelines. Cancellations by customers must occur 36 hours prior to any scheduled flight for a refund. Customers must arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled flight time. Priority is given to customers who pre-purchase tickets for flights. If Lake Superior Helicopters cancels due to the safety of the flight customer will be issued a new flight time. If revised flight time exceeds 90 minutes from the original schedule departure time a refund of 100% may be issued. The flight should launch within 45 minutes of the scheduled time.
